Unprofessional
Chase never helps. I cannot log into any of my accounts because I don't know what my standard ID is. When I ask what it is, Chase says they can't provide it. Then they put me on hold indefinitely.
Disappointed and confused by the customer service today at this branch. Branch was totally empty, 2 branch employees behind the teller area and I was still made to wait for a desk teller.
