I had a minor question that customer service couldn't help me with but needed my ss#, account #, address and what was it for. So I provided everything, was cut off and couldn't bring up the account. So I called my bank (where I go all the time) and Marsha could have cared less and shoved me off on another phone call. Terrible customere service!!!!!
I have always had excellent service from this bank from the second I walk in the door, I am greeted and helped right away. Kristina Sai with private banking was so helpful and went above and beyond to help my mom and I after my father passed away. She has always given us excellent customer service. The proactive support and efficiency she demonstrated to help us is very much appreciated. We are so grateful we met her and have Chase as our bank.
Came in to make a withdrawal, totally got ignored and walked out. So frustrating to see so many employees and get that bad of service

I have only seen a few customers at most at this Bank, and the employees just stand or sit around. I called the bank and Mallory answered the phone and then I needed further assistance and then after 5 pm. It was 5:05 pm she didn't want to work past her shift and actually hung up on me. Shocking service and cannot believe this bank tolerates this.
