Always friendly and helpful and accommodating. I come in around every 3-6 months for coins and $2 bills for the last 4 years, as I am the tooth fairy for all of my nieces and nephews, and they (tellers) are patient and help me figure out exactly what I need and always laugh and joke with me, which is important as I am very agoraphobic. I love this branch and even if I move away I would travel to visit this specific branch

Worst chase I’ve ever been to with the most incompetent people I’ve ever came in contact with. No one knows what they’re doing I’m not fully sure that they are aware they are working at a bank. Every time I ask a question, I myself question what I’m even doing something back to the people. I’d rather walk bare foot in the peak of summer to a chase five miles down the road to complete a simple task then deal with these “employees”
What an embarrassment from the management from this location. Kyle 'The Manager' denied me access of withdrawing funds after providing My ID and Credit Card. I didn't want to argue so I later called in asking for an explanation which he was not able to explain. The guy was very clueless and I'm not sure why he was recently appointed to be the Manager. He didn't want to deal with me and hung up. I've been banking with Chase for 20 years and have been a Private Client of theirs. By far the worst experience I have encountered. ... read more
