I’ve always had bad experiences with Chase, which is why I closed my account years ago but today just reminded me why they’re a joke and I highly recommend you not to bank with Chase. My boyfriend had an emergency at work and asked me to deposit money into his account so he can make a payment to a AC company and as I mentioned it’s an emergency so I go To this Chase Bank and asked to make a deposit into his account and they tell me I can’t make a cash deposit. I went inside to the front desk this morning to get some advice and information on paying off my mortgage. The lady behind the desk was extremely short and rude, telling me she can't give me any advice I have to tell her what to do. This really sucks because I was super excited to pay off my mortgage but after dealing with that kind of customer service I just left to go find another branch. I would not recommend going inside if you want any kind of help. Awful experience, I'm a very unsatisfied customer
