Not sure why people think it's in Sam's club. You're on the wrong side of the road buddy. The only thing I don't like about this bank is they don't let you make cash deposits at the ATM toward a credit card statement if you're over your limit. Pretty stupid.
Thomas WAS awesome, if you have any questions bank related he will assess it with deep concerns. You can tell he really cares about your situation and hears you out.

Not sure why the bad reviews. I had a pleasant experience.
The guy forgot my card when giving back to me at the drive-through and I got a call two minutes later so I drove back and instead of apologizing or anything they just said I forgot my card and took him 10 minutes just to give it back to me
