I have been with Chase since they bought Bank One. I think it is OK. They pay low interest rates on savings accounts though. They don't answer their phones at the Longview office as much as I would like them to. But, they have worked with me on erasing fees that were charged because of small errors made on my behalf. Even though you you have to get through the automated aspects of a 1-800 call, once you get to someone they are helpful.
Run the other way from ANY Chase bank. Service and fees and penalitys are excessive. You get to talk to Missouri for service. I have had account, home loan and IRA there proceedures make it soo easy to get your money. Look out if you would like to bank else its Fort Knox getting your money back from them.
