Hey chase! Where's my damn money? It's been two months since the transfer. You e lied the whole time, first by saying you didn't have the money. Now you lied saying the money was sent for sure. It's been two months. Y'all are liars. Trash bank, if you want your money lost than by all means knock yourself out.

I can see why this Bank has a low rating. I went here to open an account to spread out some money to maintain fdic insurance coverage. Ready to deposit the maximum from proceeds from the sale of a Califonia home. We didn't have an appointment and were told to have a seat and wait which we did. 20 mins later we were approached and told nobody at the branch could help us. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I came to this branch to change my name on my account. The branch was EMPTY. An older woman on the teller line told me she would have to put me in a queue for an appointment, but couldn’t tell me how long I’d have to wait, as customers with appointments are given priority. Surely, a name change can’t take that long. I went to the other location in Longview, and they were able to help me with this ON THE TELLER LINE. I was in and out in five minutes. I was charged $10 to cash a check here. I've never heard of a bank charging to cash a check of an account holder. Definitely will never be banking here again. What a ripoff
