Went to open a savings account because I was denied online the lady that helped me was very helpful and nice place was clean and organized would come in this branch again one hundred percent
The one star rating is only because zero stars is not an option. I went to this Chase location today to deposit cash into my mother and sons bank accounts. We were previously told I could deposit money for them as long as I had a copy of their driver’s license. I gave the teller 2 fully completed deposit slips with the bank account numbers, and a copy of both driver’s license. Was not able to withdraw MY money from my account because I didn’t have my cell phone on me. My phone should not be the deciding factor whether I can access MY money
I stopped by this branch to make a small withdrawal with all the correct credentials and was given a hard time. I was told by an older woman that it was because they didn't know me. I guess you must be a known Chase customer to do business at this branch. People should not be made to feel like this when trying to access their own money. Staff lacks professionalism and customer service.
