Worst Chase bank in town. The ATM’s never work even just to make a simple deposit and they make zero effort to fix these issues that have been going on for months. The lines inside are insane and they need more staff to handle the volume. The lines at the outside ATM are just as bad after 5pm on a weekday. I want to switch banks at this point. It’s extremely frustrating.
A family member sent me a chase bank certified cashiers check. I then went to the Lee Blvd chase bank. Where they refused to cash there own check!? Hade 5 forms of i.d and it's a cashiers check!!?? The children working there are arrogant and rude with no honor or integrity! I had to go to a check cashing place and pay close to 100 bucks because they refused to honor thier own check!! Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else. It's just a matter of time before they rob you to!!! Definitely stay away from the criminals workin... read more
