tThis has been the most terrible experience ever. If I could rate them a zero, I definitely would. I visited the branch to withdraw money but they flagged my account, claiming it was due to the large amount. The teller then proceeded to disclose this information publicly, causing me great discomfort. When I raised my concerns with the manager, they promised an easier transaction the next day, which turned out to be a complete lie. Poor customer service! With no help we tried to do a wire transfer the short spanish guy with glasses named "Joesly" was very rude to us and inpatient. ExceptThe receptionist she was kind to us and was kinda embarrassed of the way he acted toward us. I don't recommend people to go there. And i won't be returning. I don't usually write reviews but i was so disgusted by his actions. this is unacceptable, you get paid to do this job if you don't like something find something that fits you.
There is no need to review. Your score says it all. Management should be sent to training or fired.
This branch needs new management, they never pick up the phone
