Could someone please hire more people at this branch. There is always a long line with one to two tellers. Half the time they don't have a teller for the drive through. The manager sits in a room and doesn't come out to help. It's frustrating.
Fui a retirar dinero y el señor que me atendió me trató mal, pedi billetes de a 20 y me dijo que no habian en todo el banco y la muchacha de al lado estaba dándole a un cliente billetes de a 20, y también pedi que los billetes de a 100 fueran azulitos y el me dijo que me daba lo que el tuviera que eso no es para escoger, le explique el motivo por el cual tenian que ser los azulitos y a el no le importó, en fin pésimo trato.
My husband and I have several accounts with Chase Bank. He went inside to this branch last week to get something notarized and they told him that he needed a witness and that she also had forgotten her notary stamp and to come back another day. Mind you, they are a witness and the teller/representative was extremely rude to him. We could easily withdraw and close all of our accounts and may still do so if they are going to treat us like this..very unacceptable, unprofessional and rude behavior!
The worst chase bank in America.. can’t use the inside atm unless the branch is open. They never want to open any type of account but stand around looking at people.
