The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing, especially the service from the bankers. I waited for nearly two hours, only to be told they were closing and could no longer assist me. After waiting that long, I expected much better communication and consideration. Unfortunately, this experience was very frustrating, and I will be choosing a different location for my banking needs going forward.

This chase branch has to be the worst branch in all Florida this place has horrible customer service ATM are always broken I came once to cash a check and told me they couldn’t cash my check because it was to high of amount and they wanted me to deposit into my account I went to another chase in fort myers and they cashed the check no problem this branch sucks so much they either should change management or just close it down to be honest with you if I can give it a 0 start I would but they don’t have that option
