Almost 1 1/2 hrs waiting at the lobby for a banker that spent less than 10 minutes printing out some docs I needed. Since I arrived no one cared to acknowledge my waiting time what made me feel like I was being avoided by at least 7 employees who at times during my waiting period seemed to be doing who knows what but certainly not helping clients in person 🤦♂️
Absolutely ridiculous. I been seating here for 2 1/2 hours and there still one person in front of me. 2 bankers for 6 people waiting and it takes this long
Why is it that the higher ups won't come in a fire everyone at this location!!!!!!!!!! This place is awful!!!!
