the women teller here has the worst customer service
I DONT HAVE ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK BUT I GOT PAID WITH A CHECK FROM THIS BANK & I TOUGHT TO CHANCHE THIS CHECK HERE, AND A LATINO YOUNG MEN WAS THERE AND I GIVE HIM MY CHECK, & HE TOLD THAT I NEED TO PAY $10;AND I AGREE, HE DID THE PROCCESS AND WHEN HE FINISH HE SAID, IM SORRY I CANT DO THIS , AND HE PUT A SIGN THAT SAY ENDPRSEMENT CANCELLED,I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HE DID IT, BECAUSE IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, THAT I CASH A CHECK WITH THIS BANK HERE, ILL NEVER GO BACK & OR GET AN ACCOUUNT HERE
A thief stole my driver’s license from my mailbox and used it along with my SSN to try to withdraw money from my account at this bank. Thankfully, the staff here noticed something suspicious and took immediate action. They confiscated the ID and quickly contacted me, which helped prevent any loss of my money. I’m very grateful for how professionally and kindly they handled the situation. Their attentiveness and great service really made a difference. Thank you to the amazing team here!
