I was a little hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! Every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly and asked if they could help me. I only had to wait a few minutes for someone to help me open a new checking account, which surprised me because I had forgotten to make an appointment beforehand. Max was especially amazing, he helped me through every step of the process and even made it enjoyable 😄 Thank you everyone! Keep up the good work!
Customer service is not a strength.
Whoever the mail bank teller is working at 2:25 PM. Today is incredibly rude and condescending. He is not able to explain anything nor will take the time. This man has no business working in banking
I have been banking with chase for a few years I will NEVER BANK WITH ANYONE ELSE! This branch is amazing Max is always ready to help me and the customer service here is better than any other company! Choose a bank that cares about its bankers
Max was very helpful and professional in getting my Credit Card application approved after their system flagged it for fraud. Max is the go to guy if you have similar issues after applying online.
