Set up account with cashier check that should only be 24 hr. hold. Told to me by the vice president of the branch. I have now been told they put a ten day hold. I need my money now not in ten days!! He can't or won't explain why. I was told he would call 2days later but to no avail. Not happy with this bank.
This is the worse branch I have been to in the entire country. Very unprofessional, unknowledgeable employees, the wait time is twice longer. Save yourself time and headache and go to a different branch.
Would give zero stars if I could. Not necessarily directed towards this branch but the bank in general. Let’s just say I am closing my business account and taking my business elsewhere!!
Nothing but problems with Chase Bank. Setup a business account and then they closed it. I have one at Mountain America and it was nothing but smooth and then we got a new LLC with a partner and they just randomly closed it and then said they don’t know why. Absolute trash bank
