Update: Once you get through they're very friendly and helpful. They should have a call back or hold option, not just hang up and tell the customer to call back. Have tried to reach them via phone as I don't live in the area and have an urgent matter that needs addressing. I have tried calling many different times over 3 days and still haven't been able to speak with anyone or leave a message.

The entire staff here is friendly! Tammy always takes great care of me and Mike is very helpful for business and personal banking needs.
Not surprised it has 3.9 Should be more like 1.0 Don’t waste your time, go to Huntington. I’ve been at Huntington for over 15 years, no overdrafts or minimums. And you can cash checks without the back talk and disrespect 0/10
So many places I go workers feel like I need to be thankful they working. Chase Bank, you are exceptional. Thank you for making me feel like a human like so many businesses have lost sight of.
