Had a large wire transfer not go through but leave my account and received no information as to why and it’s been over 10 days since the transfer was initiated. Not to mention trying to actually talk to a representative is a joke. It’s AI AI AI. Moving my accounts as soon as my transfers are found.
Worst customer service ever! Not even worthy of a one star.
I recently had an appalling experience with this bank branch. Despite scheduling an appointment online well in advance and receiving multiple text reminders, including one just two hours prior, my husband and I were turned away upon arrival. We were informed that there were no available resources at the branch to assist us with setting up a joint account. This must be a hidden branch, because I feel like it's never busy when I go in. Business Bankers are always on-time and helpful during any appointments I've had with them. The branch is really clean too. I appreciate the staff is friendly.
