Manager on duty was as rude as I have ever had as a customer. Came in on May 28 I think with my son to get him a credit card. Manager would not talk to us. I have been a customer for 40 years going back when it was Ouachita National Bank. We ended up going to 18 street branch and they were so nice. I am still debating whether or not to change banks. I went to cash a check endorsed by my girlfriend, who is home sick with the flu. I was told she had to be there to cash the chase bank check at chase. That was the only option. I was told that if someone is sick on their death bed, you better roll that bed in there if there's a check written out to them.
Very good customer service!
