The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent customer service! Also the store is nicely laid out and cozy. The best branch around!
Teller was very friendly. Banker was not. I had a security concern with my account and thought I'd try to talk to someone at a physical location. I understand that that's not their specialty, but the banker's attitude was appalling. She was picking at her nails the whole time I was talking to her, wasn't gonna give me the phone number I needed until I asked her point blank to, and made me pick up all the documents I had given to her.
