This is the worst chase bank ever time I go to this bank at night the atm outside does not work and won’t let you inside even tho I inserted my chase card worst chase never can do anything
This bank sucks atm is always broken and when it works it don’t accept money and the worker just sits at desk and watches you 👍
Most terrible service bank ever had an experience with. Drove 2 hours yo get here and they cancelled appointment for the 3rd time 30 min prior to appointment!!!! Not just this branch but most branches from Chase Bank doing the same!!
The ATM at the Plant is always broken and cannot be used. We are forced to go to other locations or use non chase atm which is an inconvenience. It happens quite often and also card cannot open doors to access other machines! Very disappointing .
I feel like Chase is trying to Chase customers away with Rude agents at the counter. Avoid this location for your peace of mind.
