TERRIBLE customer service today. Heavy set black lady with glasses rude as hell sitting there wouldn’t deposit a check because I told her I didn’t need an explanation I was in a rush to deposit a check that can only be deposited at a teller and told me to use the atm. Called corporate put a complaint against her and the branch. This location has declined severely in the recent years. So I only gave it “A” star Is because it’s not everybody. But honestly after what I received today, they shouldn’t even get 1 star. The worst thing as a business owner is to pull up to a drive-through, and the tellers began to whisper and start to roll their eyes immediately when I saw this happen, I pulled off, because truthfully it makes me not trust you. Was told in person at this branch I could do a credit card balance transfer amongst Chase, so I opened a new credit card. Found out afterwards that it is against Chase policy to do so. This impacted my credit score and now I have an additional credit card for no reason.
