So I only gave it “A” star Is because it’s not everybody. But honestly after what I received today, they shouldn’t even get 1 star. The worst thing as a business owner is to pull up to a drive-through, and the tellers began to whisper and start to roll their eyes immediately when I saw this happen, I pulled off, because truthfully it makes me not trust you. Was told in person at this branch I could do a credit card balance transfer amongst Chase, so I opened a new credit card. Found out afterwards that it is against Chase policy to do so. This impacted my credit score and now I have an additional credit card for no reason.
Terrible evening hours you can't even get off work and get to the bank before 6:00 because it's already closed at 5:00 even on a Friday
I started banking here when it was First Chicago. It later became Bank One. Now it’s Chase. I never had any issues with Chase until the last year or so. The people working here are utterly incompetent. They’ve screwed up check deposits. They’ve screwed up paying government savings bonds. Just today one teller asked the other teller how to cash a bond and neither had any clue. I know they hire millennials but come on. I also do business with Marquette Bank right down the street.
