Feel like I was rushed out of my meeting. Wrong statement was provided. Fees wasn’t explained I don’t even know why I’m banking with this bank smh
Not very welcoming bank when it comes to business. Lots of petty fees
A Costumer Service Agent/Clerk Wouldn’t Give Me A Receipt For Two BOGUS Service Fees She concocted out of nowhere; No One’s Supposed To Pay A Fee When Paying 1st Or 2nd Homeowner Installment For Cook County Property Tax Bills. I Was Charged TWO Fees Whereas Chicago Residents Aren’t Ever Charged For Paying Taxes At Any Chase Bank. She wouldn’t give me a receipt no matter how many times I asked her and the reason she wouldn’t because she knows that there would be a money trail, but thank God for surveillance cameras.
