Horrible customer service. I went in to open a new accout. There were people visible in many offices most of them by themselves, however I was told I couldn't see anyone until 4 pm.This was before 12 noon.What kind of business works like this?I went to Regions Bank and was seen by banker immediately, that's were I do my business now.
I opened an account with zero dollars and the staff was amazing helpful and knowledgeable

Trying to make payme t on new Chase charge card by phone- they ONLY take checking account ROUTING number BUT..I haven't had cecks for 20 years!! REFUSES debit card payment. At BANK they REFUSED to accept Cash payment. CLOSE my account! So na kwards yet in NY they ARE HUGE Busiest bank!!
Damn its the fact I had a Great experience but every other rating is a 1 to 2 star rating.
