The ATM never works like its supposed to
The most busted ATM in the world. What are they trying to do over here? Half the time it doesn’t work and the other half the time it just won’t accept checks.
Not many tellers to attend customers..
Replace the ATM it's always broken down putting money inside the ATM is a nightmare half the time it spits your cash back at you and you can't complete simple task with it breaking all the time the chase ATM on college Pkwy is way better
Based on my 1st impression of walking in to this branch for the first time, I would have also given it 2 stars maximum. But when Janae called me to assist me ,it changed my perspective. She is definitely an asset to that branch. The other lady that was NOT helping anyone & pretending to work tried to say " can I help you when I had already walked to be assisted. All the while Janae was also helping another customer opening a new account from what I was able to see.. she was going above & beyond for her too. She had great att... read more
