Chase has been my primary bank for my entire adult life and I have never had an issue with the bank until now with this particular branch. My son is old enough to have his own personal account and I had him saving up for his first deposit for months. He was so exited to go in and have that experience of opening his account and making his first deposit like his sister got to do last year.
