I went in to cash a 401 check today that was issued from transamerica who banks with chase.... i was told that i had to wait two days for the check to clear and to see if its valid and i asked why i had to wait when ive cash a check before...??? I also was going to open an account.... this guy didn't want to do his job.... i left and went to another chase bank and was given GREAT SERVICE....!!! I opened up an account and got what I needed.... thank you Marcelo....!!!! Learn some professionalism....
I bank with chase and go into the branch the teller doesn’t know what she talking about ,had to wait to talk with someone esle ,only to be told I was correct smh then I had to ask the bathroom and was told they don’t have a public restroom smh
This location has professional and friendly staff, I drive a but out of my way to choose this branch
