Usually love the staff there. However some of the new cashiera are rude, have poor customer service skills, and are slow. Shouldn't have an attitude working at a bank, in my opinion. Tip is so nice and pleasant tho. Bryana was the unprofessional employee today. Disappointing.
Cannot access my safety deposit box without giving my full SSN. COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. They have my photo ID and key.
Very nice branch. Honest employees. Especially Scott he helped me with my deposit and pointing me in the right direction in how to build credit.
the staff hear is great, the facility is clean. the tellers are always super nice. the security guard was also very friendly but I dont see him anymore? he was a staple
