Didn't receive a checked $100 bill even though a counterfeit pen was used in multiple places and all water marks are present. It rejected the bill 3 times. Now people think I am stealing money because of a faulty machine. I drove to 3 different chase bank ATMs and all had the same reaction. Horrible ATM service tonight. Normally it is moderately okay at best. At least they normally get the correct amount rather than spitting out bills that are perfectly flat and fine.
They did not wanted to help me because I didn't have an appointment...??? I have never heard that before in other locations.
