What kind of stupid manager schedules the only ATM to be shut down when the bank is closed? No way to get any money is crazyyyy.
Zero stars. I have all of my accounts through Chase, including my previous business account. When I asked a question about my account, she cut me off multiple times and dismissed me quickly. She gave me a single option, with zero interest in trying to help. I proceeded to another Chase branch and the branch had a WAY better environment!
