Not sure why the ratings are so low, very polite and accommodating people. I showed up almost at closing time and never felt rushed or unwelcome.
Very disappointed with this Chase ATM. It accepted my cash deposit, but the money never showed up in my account. Customer service is not responding, and now I have to worry about where my money went. This is unacceptable for a bank like Chase. People trust you with their hard-earned money.”
