I’ve been a customer for many many years. I recently had a death in the family and in order to receive my proceeds electronically. I needed either a voided check which I don’t have or my account information on company letterhead. I was denied this process and I will without a doubt withhold my money from this establishment in the future. Deposited money on the atm machine and it decided to reboot itself for a download, took my money $ 780 and now I have to call to try to get money and explain to my landlord why I can't pay him today. Last time it took 2 weeks to get money from them! Manager here said it's ok, just call and they will reimburse me, lol. Easy to say when it's not your money! Just use the teller! Best option!
I love this branch. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. Albert has assisted me several times. He is always a delight and super efficient. The branch is clean, easy to park and bright. I appreciate the inside atm which is accessible after hours. It is well lit.
