What is the point of having a teller and they have to tell you every time you can withdraw from the ATM. Ok what is your job for? No different than Walmart and self checkout. I don't understand. I guess I'll utilize the ATM since the employees don't want to give money to you.
Worst branch ever, walked in and sat for an hour. No one acknowledge me nor greet me. Private client advisor was on his phone in his so call office while I’m sitting and waiting for help. I will never go to that branch again.
Went to branch to open anaccount with my son...all info was already entered in their appt but had problems with my computer....after sitting for a few minutes another couple came in...we both were waiting to be served...A employee came out of his office and asked what was needed. Bad customer service. Incompetent staff and manager.
Went to deposit money into my daughter's account cash they wouldn't let me they said I had to take it out of there ATM so they can make a fee off it I said that's ridiculous I gave them a check cuz they said I could they put a hold on it now so she can't get the money for 10 days this is on real I said to the guy you're trying to force me to open a bank account with you and I'm not going to I go to PNC I love PNC I recommended their kind nice professional Pleasant people I've had nothing but problems every time but anybody t... read more
