New customer here, and I'm not highly impressed. I was trying to make an International Wire Transfer and was having issues proceeding to the next step because of missing information. The website didn't mention info was missing, which would have been nice. I called Chase Bank, Lower Huntington Rd, and spoke with James. James attitude was professional and friendly. I would still like to know why...why...did they get rid of the drive thru...I just don't feel safe at all standing there doing my banking with people standing behind me....other than that it's a great bank.
Sean was great he provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. Would recommend this bank to anyone who was trying to open a new checking account.
