I was concerned about accepting a check, so I took my time to drive to this branch to inquire about it. When asking the gentleman at the counter, he asked a woman nearby if it seemed ok. I stated I was reluctant to deposit it and essentially not get the money, she snapped back with "then don't deposit it." After a pause and her coworker being stunned by her rudeness, she finally elaborated some. She would do better with vape sales next door.
Worst customer service
I now see why this branch has so many bad reviews. Trying to cash a small check written from a Chase account. They wanted to charge me $10 because I dont have a Chase account. BS no thank you.
