Worst customer service
I now see why this branch has so many bad reviews. Trying to cash a small check written from a Chase account. They wanted to charge me $10 because I dont have a Chase account. BS no thank you.
I visit this branch often, and I am always impressed by the level of service provided. The staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in addressing my needs! Every time I walk in, I feel welcomed and valued as a customer!
