Claudia the teller was very rude and there was no reason to be. Guessing it's unpleasant and unprofessional bank workers like her. Is why banking in person is not a good experience. Sorry, their closing this branch, but not bother to see teller Claudia go. Need to have better and friendlier customer service. Horrible experience today!!!
Called 4 times in 30 minutes to cancel appointment and reschedule. ."all bankers busy.." No chance for a voice mail prompt? WTF.? FROM POOR SERVICE AND COUNTLESS FEES TO NO SERVICE? Why would anyone choose Chase?
Need to clean your parking lot. Broken glass and trash everywhere
Great Bank there always one help me it was a pleasant attitude. The only thing is they're not open on weekends I wish they were.
