If I could leave zero stars, I would. The amount of ineptitude within the organization and specifically within this branch is terrifying. My wife and I tried to open up accounts for our children and also a joint savings and checking for ourselves. We were given incorrect information by the representative in the branch about how to go about funding the children’s accounts and writing checks made out to them. I was able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. Cash deposit, inside teller.
not sure why all the reviews are so low probably just grumpy, but my experience was great and the lady that set my account up was very sweet
