Tried to make a appointment called numinous times but no one answered the phone forcing me to make an appointment on line so l do take a screen shot and show up for my appointment after 15 minutes l speak to someone who tells me they show no appointment and they can not help me today and to make matters worse my wife who worked more then 35 year’s retired from chase bank and this is how they treat former employees but I guess it’s my fault for picking chase when moving here full time thinking I was getting a reputable qualit... read more
I am so mad at this bank, I had a 12:30 phone call meeting with Ana Gonzalez. I was waiting and no one called and now it was 12:45 so I went to the bank. Told them no one called and they told me to have a seat in the waiting area. PaloaCanciano came over and said she can help me. I asked what happened with my phone call meeting and she said Ana tried to call and there was no answer. At that time I took out my phone and showed her I didn’t get no phone call.
