Banker was incredibly overwhelmed and busy and made it incredibly clear that helping us was going to be an inconvenience for her. Thank god it didn’t work out anyways so we didn’t have to inconvenience her further.
Pay attention when making deposits. Jason claims to be the manager for past 15 years but cannot pay attention to minor details like an extra zero. It is clearly spelled out in letters and numbers..? I walked out after depositing a check and realized the deposit was 9 thousand dollars short. When I walked back in to bring it to his attention, he had the most nonchalant don't give a crap demeanor about a jaw dropping mistake.
