Always friendly and helpful
The male teller at the window that was furthest right working here whose name I unfortunately did not get was super friendly and kind during out transaction.
My experience was marked by a consistent lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an overall disregard for customer service. I initially worked with Alejandra at the Vallejo branch to open a multi-member LLC account, which requires documentation from all members. One of my partners, who is not local, completed the required paperwork at their local branch, and it was emailed directly to Alejandra. I was told she would follow up once it was received.
