The staff is not welcoming and not helpful. The Assistant Manager Tiffany Williamson is not willing to go the extra mile for customers and will laugh in your face with your issue unresolved. Chase Banks charge $5.0 for wire transfers and another $5.0 if wire is not honored and gets redeposited into account. Why $5.0 why not $1.0 ?
