Great service by teller extremely helpful and nice. Clean looking bank 2 security guards out side.
Very poor location. Went after hours for ATM and the card reader won't work to let me in. Very disappointed and upset. Chase needs to do better for their customers!!!
The staff is not welcoming and not helpful. The Assistant Manager Tiffany Williamson is not willing to go the extra mile for customers and will laugh in your face with your issue unresolved. She allowed her staff member, specific to, Fidela Hamit, too participate in this behavior. Fidela had no shame in walking through the lobby laughing at the fact that they couldn’t help. I recently worked with Fadela at Chase to open a joint account, and I have to say, she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I got her phone call, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience.
