chase is garbage. can not believe I stayed with them so long especially seeing how terrible they treat customers. Trash, completely trash. Avoid them like the plague and find a local bank that actually cares about the customer.
The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and efficient.
Hardworking and attentive staff, helpful and knowledgeable to answer questions or find the answers.
We have a Private Client relationship and are frustrated with our service today. The teller on the right was not friendly in the least and told us it would take 1.5 hours to open a business checking account. At one point, we had over 20 business checking accounts with Chase and not a single one of them took 30 minutes to open let alone an hour and a half. There were 3 bankers hanging out laughing and chatting but for some reason we were told we have to make an appointment for another day.
