Hardworking and attentive staff, helpful and knowledgeable to answer questions or find the answers.
We have a Private Client relationship and are frustrated with our service today. The teller on the right was not friendly in the least and told us it would take 1.5 hours to open a business checking account. At one point, we had over 20 business checking accounts with Chase and not a single one of them took 30 minutes to open let alone an hour and a half. There were 3 bankers hanging out laughing and chatting but for some reason we were told we have to make an appointment for another day.
The staff here is awesome. Also friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience with Alyssa! After visiting another branch that I had issues with, she helped me figure out exchanging money for an upcoming trip. It was so easy and came within a day! Love this branch and all of the staff.
