Lady at the window slammed a please see next window sign down on the counter and rolled her eyes at me as I tried to approach after she finished with the customer in front of me. So rude ruined my day. I'm glad Chase is not my main bank. Instead of depositing my money I just cashed my check and left. Big banks do not care about thier customers. I will keep my money in my credit union!!!

I had a missing cash deposit and I’m guessing the lady assumed I was lying ?? Nobody wanted to help but telling me to call a number check the damn camera why would I lie about 42 dollars ? Stupid

I usually don’t do this, but I had to write a review Miss Alberta Walker is one of the best bankers in the world of banking. She’s very knowledgeable about the products. She’s very friendly and up for with any help that can be rendered through her services. she is one of Chase,‘s best asset. Keep up the great work miss Walker You make the difference in this world.

I have not had trouble with them. The only thing I do not like is the door machine. You put your card in to open the door and get to the inside ATM, never works.

By far the worst chase location I make frequent deposits and on too many occasions the lines are extremely long atms not working on top of that we can’t even use the inside one like other chase banks allow please do better your Riverdale location this is the closest outside of camp creek and Greenbriar
