Bad customer service. Been a valued customer with Chase Business for 10+ years. I go into the bank to have a document notarized for my business and they deny service and advise that they only notarize Chase related documents. In all my years of doing business with Chase and going to the Chase bank in my area never had an issue but this location always have poor service, long wait times and no desire to assist business owners! Definitely won’t be returning back to this location.
