I usually don’t do this, but I had to write a review Miss Alberta Walker is one of the best bankers in the world of banking. She’s very knowledgeable about the products. She’s very friendly and up for with any help that can be rendered through her services. she is one of Chase,‘s best asset. Keep up the great work miss Walker You make the difference in this world.
I have not had trouble with them. The only thing I do not like is the door machine. You put your card in to open the door and get to the inside ATM, never works.
By far the worst chase location I make frequent deposits and on too many occasions the lines are extremely long atms not working on top of that we can’t even use the inside one like other chase banks allow please do better your Riverdale location this is the closest outside of camp creek and Greenbriar
I chose Chase to open my first checking account and was very impressed. The customer service was excellent, the personalized attention was very good, from the moment I walked in they attended to me promptly. Even when I left the meeting I saw the security guard helping an old couple whose car had just broken down. I don't think I'll regret my decision. Thanks Mr. Ranza!
