Waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Totally unacceptable! I retired from a Chase Bank in Houston after 30 years of faithful service and I can honesty say that customer service has completely gone downhill in the last decade 👎🏼
Today my family that consists of a 4 year old boy, 2 year old boy and 1 year old girl got stranded at chase bank. Our van was not wanting to start. The kids were so hot and I was so nervous on taking them into the bank because I didn’t want them to disturb the peace. I had to take them in because of how hot they were getting. Everyone was so nice and gave us lollipops and me a cup for water. Even when my 4 year old decided to throw a tantrum they didn’t give me ugly stares or kick us out.
