Was trying to deposit money to ATM, ATM machine malfunctioned, went inside 2 times to tell that ATM is stuck in loading screen and was logged in to my account, I was ignored and they told me they can't do anything about, waisted 30 minutes of my time. very bad customer service.
I would like to give a big THANK YOU for the great service I received from Nathaly on 6/20/25. I walked to the ATM but it was out of service so I went inside. First person I met said to head to Nathaly the current agent behind the glass. Nathaly was kind and efficient. Ok, I get it, that's what should happen right? I count my money as I'm walking to door when I notice Nathaly has come out from the back and is beating me to the door. Outstanding service!!!
One of the worst Chase branches. With no one waiting in the lobby, there is a two hour wait for one of the five bankers working. Just say its reservation only at that point. Very poor management.
After 20+ years as a Chase customer, my recent experience at this branch was utterly unacceptable. I walked in, and despite no other customers being present, for personal banking talking to desk rep. After a 10-minute wait, a personal banker finally approached me. I stated I needed to open a new account. Instead of asking relevant questions about my needs or current Chase status, she simply said she'd check if they could even accommodate me.
