After 20+ years as a Chase customer, my recent experience at this branch was utterly unacceptable. I walked in, and despite no other customers being present, for personal banking talking to desk rep. After a 10-minute wait, a personal banker finally approached me. I stated I needed to open a new account. Instead of asking relevant questions about my needs or current Chase status, she simply said she'd check if they could even accommodate me. I've been banking here for 7 years, & the staff has always been friendly, professional, courteous & quick! My type of service!
The staff at this location on Cleary most definitely require an extensive training on customer service. Not so much the tellers but the other staff who will walk in and out, sit at their desk chatting about non banking related matters all while customers are sitting there for hours waiting to be seen. What I witnessed today at this location, I will never step foot there again.
