capitalism at its worst – I needed to get a transaction done quickly at this branch and i was disgusted with the service. The staff was rude just looking to take my money and not helpful at all, but I've come to expect this from most banks anywway.
Friendly Tellers, Excellent Customer Service! – After reading the review dated July 10, 2010, I felt compelled to write. I've been banking with Chase for about 7 years. I started when they were Washington Mutual, and just continued going there once JP Morgan/Chase took over. I LOVE this bank! i really do like this bank – i'm still new to the world of managing personal finances, but i went to Chase just to open a savings account of my own. I really had no idea what i was doing, but they made it so easy for me! i really did enjoy being in there. it's clean and spacious, and everybody is SO friendly and attentive.
Worst banker ever! – serafina was a horrible person. Im not sure how she got the job, wasted my time. PLEASE BE AWARE! DO NOT BANK WITH THIS LADY!
Horrible! AVOID THEM AND THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS – Horrible! We just closed 6 bank accounts there. They continue to make mistakes every...every month. They screwed up opening my accounts in the beginning which should have been a sign. Then they halted my wife's business account for absolutely no reason and couldn't tell out why. Good bank, but watch out for this employee... – I really like this bank and it deserves 5 stars, but I gave it only 3 stars for one reason....occasional utter complete lack of acceptable customer service. However, I find that I have only experienced this with one particular employee by the name of Gertrude. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!! – I TOOK MY 87 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER TO THIS BRANCH TO OPEN AN ACCT WITH CHASE. SHE LIVES IN A VERY SMALL TOWN IN S EAST TX AND WAS ASSURED THAT SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO WIRE MONEY FROM THIS ACCT WITH NO PROBLEMS ONLINE. Unprofessional Branch Manager – During a recent visit to this branch I spoke with the branch manager of the Highlands Ranch location, Kyle D. Stockman, who attempted to indoctrinate me with his unsolicited political views. The situation made me feel violated and very uncomfortable as a customer, and has left me with a negative impression of this business. How Chase Bank intentionally ruined God's credit record – Chase Bank, I'm God. U may have heard of me. I pay all my bills on time, in full. I own everything outright ~ my house, my car, everything. I carry no debt load. Chase Bank sent credit queries to Credit Secure nearly every day for months based on my having had to move in order to take my credit from excellent to fair right when I am trying to buy a house & have had most of my money stolen. This is God, Your Creator, saying you fix this.
