Came here to deposit money and Gave my all Id everything she counted money then she said need debit card to deposit cash even I am the account holder Thing is I am depositing the money m not withdrawing no sense to be have debit present at the time
My branch in citrus heights was busy so i came here. There was an Indian(that's what she looked like. Light skinned, with long hair) banker who was extremely rude. We waited for 10 minutes because all the employees was busy. 5 minutes in she didn't come acknowledge us. I went and asked her to open up an account and she said they were fully booked for the day.
