Customers are supposed to be able to access the lobby after hours by inserting their ATM card into a specified slot. This did not work. But this isn't the only location it has happened at. 1 ATM outside. Otherwise, not bad.
I don’t feel comfortable visiting this location nor using their ATM. There are houseless people living in the parking lot. That being said, I was able to set up a prompt meeting in my app and address my account closure with the teller quickly.

I love the customer service at this bank. It is really great. Always a friendly greeting, easy transactions, and I feel like I'm a valued customer. The only problem is the location and the parking lot but customer service keeps me coming back here!
