There were many bankers on site but no one could help me withdraw money from my annuity. After 2 hours I got someone to print me the forms that I can go directly to AIG and do it myself.
They informed me incorrect information on CD rate which made me additional confusion and loss
BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH. SOMEONE EMPLOYED THERE COMMITTED FRAUD ON MY BROTHER'S ACCOUNT.
I feel like in a dystopian future where machines have taken over. Went to deposit cash, there are no human tellers. The branch has 2 atm’s and they don’t accept old bills (100). The actual adviser, kept rejecting everybody as he was leaving in 15 min. I was there 20 min and he gave same speech to several customers. Could not deposit check, as DBA was not registered on account, so I spoke with “Mr. I am leaving in 15 min” and that was the end of visit. Never again will I come by this branch again.
This bank is ridiculous. Even as a private client they force you to call or visit a branch on the day of or within ten days of your CD renewing. They do not have an auto renew or cancel, you can't do anything online with it. Even when you call days before it matures, they can't do anything about. The bank makes it purposely difficult to handle these CDs so they can keep the funds. They would actually save more money if they stopped sending paper stmts on CDs and cut the call center hours needed to handle these requests. Whoe... read more
