Disappointed by the lack of knowledge and service at this branch. A simple request for a direct deposit authorization form turned into a 20-minute ordeal. It's not a shame not to know, it's a shame not to learn. They turned us down for something simple without reviewing the form that we requested to be filled out. No one, from the greeter to the banker and their supervisor, seemed to understand the process, they didn't even carefully review the document.It felt like I was speaking a foreign language! and I left this place on... read more
