I have to say Andrea Amador is a blessing, I went in cause bank reversed a charge for a car I bought online and never received so they credited my account . Well a month later they reversed it back to merchant .I came in irrate and frustrated. Andrea helped me to call corporate to talk to dept that reversed charge( provided documents of the merchant suspending my account and still not received car). WORST
Wouldn't recommend this location for opening a business account. Jeremiah was laughable with self proclaiming to be a business banker then provided no information / handouts and said to look into it online. Also said he didn't know what offers are available. Not helpful in the slightest.
Personable bankers. Dillon was the personal banker at Chase who helped with a notarized power-of-attorney notarized. Scheduling online is convenient and Dillion, who met me promptly in the lobby, was professional yet personal. You can trust Chase to connect you with people-centric bankers. Thank you, Dillon.
