Called customer service line on app and was answered by someone who didn’t understand/speak English clearly. So I called the branch for a couple questions. The female who answered was so awful about customer service. I’ve worked at a bank in Cherry Creek and have over 13 years of customer service; I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism. This is my favorite Chase branch. Very helpful, efficient, friendly.
We have had positive experiences with this branch. We set up an appointment to make some changes to accounts and set up a new one. We worked with Brandon and Mojdah, they were both great and very helpful! We have also worked with Cara in the past, she was great also.

I have to say Andrea Amador is a blessing, I went in cause bank reversed a charge for a car I bought online and never received so they credited my account . Well a month later they reversed it back to merchant .I came in irrate and frustrated. Andrea helped me to call corporate to talk to dept that reversed charge( provided documents of the merchant suspending my account and still not received car). She told me to print off proof they kept the monies and canceled my account.so with her help a customer service was amazing and... read more
