Stopped by this branch to get some coins for our retail business. I’m a Chase Business Banking customer and wasn’t asking for a large amount. I was simply told, “We do not have access to coins today. You can come back tomorrow.” The problem is that businesses need change when they need it — not the next day. Providing basic change for customers seems like one of the most basic services a bank branch should be able to handle, so this was pretty frustrating. Alex i sure hope i got the name right and Tony have probably the best customer service I've seen in awhile. Just walking into the bank and they're friendly greetings are quite welcoming. I plan on using this branch more here at this location rather than others. Chase : you have 2 excellent employees and what a great attribute they provide. Keep up the great work!!!
I came in Saturday April 18th to discuss an issue that was rather large. I came in expecting to basically get shrugged off. I asked for a manager when I arrived and Marlene Romero introduced herself to me. She brought me in her office and listened to the issue. She responded immediately and very effectively. Not only was she extremely understanding and polite, but she handled the issue, that was completely out of her control, before I even left her office!
