I came in Saturday April 18th to discuss an issue that was rather large. I came in expecting to basically get shrugged off. I asked for a manager when I arrived and Marlene Romero introduced herself to me. She brought me in her office and listened to the issue. She responded immediately and very effectively. Not only was she extremely understanding and polite, but she handled the issue, that was completely out of her control, before I even left her office! I felt taken care of every step
Called customer service line on app and was answered by someone who didn’t understand/speak English clearly. So I called the branch for a couple questions. The female who answered was so awful about customer service. I’ve worked at a bank in Cherry Creek and have over 13 years of customer service; I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism.
