It's really unfortunate that I have to give a review this bad. I have never had this issue with any bank ever. I attempted to get a mortgage through Chase. The regular staff were amazing! The lender/manager looked at the paperwork and said, I quote ( please stop contacting me you don't get the loan). After feeling defeated I tried another lender and was approved! This lady is in the wrong job. She really need re training. I will be moving all my accounts somewhere else. If I could place a 0, I would.
