I have only experienced exceptional service from the Branch Managers and staff since this branch opened at the Albertsons shopping center. Although Chase might have policies and procedures that are profit oriented, I have remained a loyal customer since before they took over Washington Mutual due to their wide national locations, ease of access world wide, and most impressively the remarkable customer service experience received from all the staff.
