The people are really friendly. If you are looking for a service that would take some time i would recommend calling ahead and booking an appointment.
We enjoyed such excellent service today from Karla. We came in with an idea of what we wanted, only to find out that some documents were missing. She promptly recommended a solution, which suited us perfectly, and allows us to go back and make changes later. After asking a few quick questions, and also explaining their pertinence very well, she recommended a few banking options that suited our immediate needs and paved for future planning and goals! The ATM inside doesn’t work. Absolute waste of time. I’m done.
I opened a savings account with Arista today and it was a simple and pleasant experience.
Firstly, this isn't a representation of the employees at all. The issue is with whoever decided to let this location go without a drive-up ATM for months and also keep the vestibule locked after hours. That decision makes absolutely no sense. If the branch is closed, customers still need access to THEIR money; that’s the whole point of ATMs. I said the review wasn't a reflection of the employees... except whoever made that decision, I'd love to hear the 'brilliant' thought process that led to that.
