I’ve been a customer at this branch for almost a decade and have always had great service. I just upgraded to a Private Client account today, and was very impressed with the service. Joenet helped upgrade and simplify my accounts and even stayed 20 minutes late getting a fee reversed. In an era of impersonal, online banking it’s great to see a literal brick and mortar bank offering exceptional customer service.
My wife and I went there for notary on 6/12/205 afternoon while passing through town, we were running short on time and there was a line so the bank manager went above and beyond and called other Chase banks to find something that was quicker. Meanwhile, the notary officer who had been busy finished helping the current customer so she was able to help us. She was super friendly and efficient. Thank you guys, hope you all see this message!!!
This branch is very very rude and inconsiderate of there customers
As of February 2025, this branch has a 2.6-star rating—honestly, that feels generous. As a Chase customer since 1998, I’m thoroughly disappointed. Tried to open an account here with a family member and was told they couldn’t help because their banker was completely booked. No one else could help? No alternative solutions; no problem solving skills? Just a flat-out no? What kind of bank turns away new customers?
