We got fantastic service at this bank. Joenet helped us to create an online account for our new United Explorer credit card. She was very professional while also communicating in a friendly and comfortable way. If you ever need service on you Chase account and you’re close to this location, ask for her.

I’ve been a customer at this branch for almost a decade and have always had great service. I just upgraded to a Private Client account today, and was very impressed with the service. Joenet helped upgrade and simplify my accounts and even stayed 20 minutes late getting a fee reversed.
