This branch is very very rude and inconsiderate of there customers
As of February 2025, this branch has a 2.6-star rating—honestly, that feels generous. As a Chase customer since 1998, I’m thoroughly disappointed. Tried to open an account here with a family member and was told they couldn’t help because their banker was completely booked. No one else could help? No alternative solutions; no problem solving skills? Just a flat-out no? What kind of bank turns away new customers? Went in for a notary, notary is there and assisting no one, was told I need to come back in an hour if I want a notary.
The ABSOLUTE Slowest customer service you will ever have in your life. If you don't mind spending a half hour just waiting on these people, then come here. Otherwise, If you want Service that is faster than what a turtle can provide, Then I would recommend going somewhere else. Seriously. Go save yourself sometime and go somewhere else. :)
