Went in because I had issues with my card the teller was super helpful and nice. Reordered my card and even fixed my address on my profile. And even told me I was pre approved for a credit card.
I want to know why one Chase location can take checks and simply make the deposits and other locations make you fill out slips? And my favorite is the clerk saying they are all alone when you can clearly see three people working there...
The wait is to long and one of the ATMS always needs maintenance
