Trust account issues, enthusiastic at first after another chase never replied and couldn't get through after appointment. Guys voicemail says to send email, no reply to that either. Trying another bank I guess
This branch has some of the dumbest vestibule ATM hours I have ever seen. It is a secured card-access vestibule and yet it's not open beyond 5PM or at any time on Sundays.
This location is not helpful! I came here for a cashier’s check. The staff are ignorant. When they see people, they just walk away. This guy, who Estrella, is ignoring me twice, and I asked the lady who was working there, and she also made she said I only take those who made appointments. They are unprofessional who work there.
