Always a hassle when trying to withdraw larger amounts of cash. There are always excuses. Trying to call ahead is a waste of time because they never answer their phone.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They do seem to have to deal with some very difficult people and waiting in line I have heard how they get talked down to and just rude customers seem to be the norm at this location. I recommend this location and will continue to go here.
I love chase bank
This review is for the corporate side. This bank is more focused on taking your money rather than holding it for you.
Came in to get a credit card. Stood around for 15 minutes before anyone helped me- just for the lady to tell me, “I’m not really an expert on credit cards so I can’t help you. The only lady that can is fully booked for the rest of the day.” Switching to a different bank.
