After 15 years of using Chase, I left after one visit to this location. The manager was inexperienced and hard to understand, the teller was loud as he told everybody everything about my business. I was embarrassed to be a customer.
Always a hassle when trying to withdraw larger amounts of cash. There are always excuses. Trying to call ahead is a waste of time because they never answer their phone.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They do seem to have to deal with some very difficult people and waiting in line I have heard how they get talked down to and just rude customers seem to be the norm at this location. I recommend this location and will continue to go here.
