Came in to get a credit card. Stood around for 15 minutes before anyone helped me- just for the lady to tell me, “I’m not really an expert on credit cards so I can’t help you. The only lady that can is fully booked for the rest of the day.” Switching to a different bank.
I was treated badly by one of the tellers. I called and filed a complaint. Never in my entire have I experience treatment like as a chase customer
