My favorite bank of all time that Pakistani dude Ricky is so cool and he speaks fluent English and Punjabi even Urdu and AJ really help people out too when I was paying for my credit card bill he showed me on the atm that was so sweet of him and I am going to miss this bank when they close it on Thursday November twenty first 2024 this is my favorite bank of all time and close to my college.
We came in with $300 rolled coins for our son and they said they can’t take the deposit because they are closing in November. First time I’ve ever heard of a bank turned down money.
Honestly I would be coming here everyday they have best customer service super friendly I got to meet everyone I’m there customer at there branch Ashley Ho is one of the sweetest helpful girl she got a great smile helping customer would recommend for everyone to come here
Super slow! Don’t do wire at counter, those counter personnel don’t have a lot skill. I spend 40 mins to just do a simple wire. They gave attitude after I mentioned I’m in a hurry. They did the work even slower purposely. Bad experience, go other chase if you have a choice.
