call four times and all they do is hang up on you and no one from the bank ever got on the phone. They tell you to call back later. What kind of bullshit is that? I don’t have all damn day.
This bank has the worst ATM ever. It is never working. The people are not helpful at all. Very unpleasant
I called both Owensboro branches multiple times. Kept getting the same automated response "we are busy right now". All day. Both branches. Worst service I have ever received (or did not receive). Manager at both branches needs to be fired if this is how little respect and courtesy you show your customers.
Just opened my account here, had such a good experience. I arrived the day before my appointment on accident and was still seen with no problem. Logan was great and super helpful!
