I met all requirements for a Chase business bonus but was denied unfairly. After proving my eligibility, the bank changed the rules retroactively. As a long-time customer, I feel deceived. Travis was very rude and awful to my wife. AVOID this BANK for notary!!
Travis was very rude and unprofessional. Stopped by for a small task of notary: Without read the document, Travis repeated that he had no idea of what he'd notary for. But did not really read the doc in his hand for a basic understanding or talk with me for more info. Again, without read the doc, Travis kept asking me to cross out my signature from Participant Signature area so that he can sign there.
