My fiancé and I went to Chase to open an account and had such a great experience thanks to Jabari! He noticed I looked a little confused about whether I needed to sign in with a teller and came right over to help (which I really appreciated ). He made the whole process quick and easy, and he was super friendly and personable the entire time. 10/10 customer service!
Had a meeting scheduled with Mr. Jabari Smith this morning and it went wonderfully. He was VERY professional yet friendly! My family and I actually enjoyed our time at the bank, which I don't think many people say lol! Thank you again for your help. ☺️
