The heavy set lady who works Saturdays was super rude to my wife and child. Looking to go to a credit union after that experience. Chase is too big to care about their customers.
My fiancé and I went to Chase to open an account and had such a great experience thanks to Jabari! He noticed I looked a little confused about whether I needed to sign in with a teller and came right over to help (which I really appreciated ). He made the whole process quick and easy, and he was super friendly and personable the entire time. 10/10 customer service!
