Not very reactive, in the office there are “relationship bankers” that are supposed to help but the couple times I needed them it was not useful support (they don’t respond to emails unless you remind them to or they give you confusing instructions and you end up spending more time than needed calling their hotline..)
I had questions answered today in a very courteous manner that ended up as a teachable moment. Thanks Chase.
