The bankers and tellers are cordial and efficient. They always take care of my banking needs with professionalism and accuracy.
Teller was a extremely polite nice and respectful, which can not be said on banker don’t know that she is going through but very rude and disrespectful!!! If I could would given zero stars I would!!!
They rent a space in a building that is not up to ADA code. They never have enough staff. The staff is very rude and disrespectful, very quick to dismiss any of your concerns. It is almost impossible to speak to an actual banker. There is never, but one on duty.And you have to schedule an appointment three months in advance. The call center is even worse. They denied two charges from an online purchases, without even verifying the charges with me. That ended up me having to pay seventy dollars in NSF fees. I would not recomm... read more
Kennedy was absolutely one of the best and most helpful managers ive had the pleasure of being helped by. She is super charismatic and has significant attention to detail that really came in clutch my last visit. Always an inviting happy greeting and a sincere appreciation out the door.
