I've been a Chase member for a decade going to this branch many years, and I am treated coldly... Not that I expect them to work with every situation, but the manager should at least be empathetic while saying something won't work out especially if you have a long history...
Helpful, knowledgeable, polite, informative, answered all of my questions.

Came in to deposit a savings bond into my account. (Pretty standard.) I handed the bond to the teller. She was the branch manager (Anastasia Bernal). After looking at the bonds she told her coworker to go to lunch. She then handing the bonds back to me and told me to come back in 30 minutes because she couldn't deposit them while she was the only one there. Unbelievable.
