This place is awesome. They always take care of me.
ATM doors do not open after hours. The chip function doesn’t work. You cannot use card or phone to access. I was told by a worker it’s because homeless people break in. Okay, then you need to change your information because you do not have a 24/7 atm and people are driving here to use it!

Came in to deposit some coins only to realize I don’t have an actual checking account with Chase (only a CC). Despite this, the teller was both patient and courteous and helped exchange my coins without any issues. Excellent service and professionalism.
